How we work
Each project is led by the principal — the architect who sets technical direction, designs the system, owns the client relationship, and signs off on every deliverable.
The fleet — a roster of specialist AI agents — are the engineers: they handle implementation slices in parallel under principal oversight. Research, build, test, security review, communication. Agents don't replace architectural judgment; they execute on it. The principal decides what gets built and how it gets tested. The fleet ships it.
The result is small-team accountability at large-team velocity. You get one point of contact, not a committee. And deliverables that move at the speed of a well-run sprint, not a quarterly roadmap.
The fleet runs on the same infrastructure we build for clients — dog-fooded, battle-tested, and running live in the lab right now.

Hardware selection, board bring-up, BSP customization, peripheral integration. We take a concept from breadboard to a hardened, deployable system — firmware, drivers, and manufacturing hand-off included.

Model selection, quantization, edge deployment, and latency profiling. We run the full pipeline — from dataset curation through benchmark-gated acceptance — on GPU and CPU targets.

Field-grade sensor capture with validated accuracy gates.
Multi-sensor capture rigs (LiDAR, RGB, ToF, IMU), synchronized logging, and accuracy validation against canonical reference data. Built for operating environments, not labs.

Multi-machine orchestration and live session monitoring.
Distributed service orchestration across heterogeneous hardware. Real-time telemetry, hook-event capture, MQTT pub/sub, SSE event bus, and a PWA control surface readable from any device.

Purpose-built demonstration systems with real data, real hardware, and real-time performance. We design for the worst-case demo environment — poor Wi-Fi, bright lights, live audience — and build to that spec.

Depth sensing, real-time rendering, gesture interaction.
Augmented-reality pipelines using depth sensors, pico projectors, and vision models. Custom FDM enclosures, containerized vision pipelines, and Makefile-driven bring-up for repeatable deployment.

Team
AK-mee runs as one principal plus a named agent fleet. The principal sets direction and takes the calls only a human can take. The fleet does the work — project management, outbound communications, build, test, monitoring, research, security, procurement — under the principal's direction.
